Fix & difficulty rework

Here are the first changes after the player reviews!

Fix changes:

1.  Seahroses no longer flip for no reason 
2. Bloom has been removed from the WebGl version (It was buggy)
3. Victory music is no longer played at the same time as the Water music  when obtaining the 2nd power

Difficulty changes:

1.  Boss speed has been reduced.  (They’re no longer as fast as sonic)
2.  Second boss’s life has been reduced
3. First encounter with seahorse is no longer as difficult
